What you’ll do:
- Serve as HR point of contact for Team Member's in multiple locations
- Maintain employment records and databases
- Assist Department Managers with personnel processes including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, separations, transfers, compensation adjustments, leave requests, corrective action
- Assist in inquiries regarding employee benefits, compensation, policy, and processes
- Draft announcements, memos, and team communications
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing of performance, training, and development schedules
- File and maintain insurance claims including property, liability, and worker's compensation
- Complete state and federal reporting
- Promote and uphold standards of Friendship culture and business model
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Human Resources trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another related field - equivalent experience will be considered
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
- Basic office skills including experience with Microsoft Office and Google G Suite
- Able to problem-solve using professional judgment
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Independent with the ability to work well on a team
- Willingness to travel to NC locations
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
