What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Manager- IDD oversight position at Friendship Community?
Friendship Community is seeking Program Managers to oversee residential homes and assure that all daily operations meet both Friendship Community policies and state regulations. This position is a Full-Time, hourly position, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with additional hours as needed. Flexibility in scheduling to meet needs of program is required. 1 year working with IDD/DD population in a residential setting, communication, and computer skills preferred.
Friendship Community is a Christian ministry cultivating capabilities of individuals with intellectual disability and autism in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties of south central Pennsylvania since 1972.
