What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Seasonal Groundskeeper position at FRIENDSHIP HAVEN?
Purpose of the Position
To help maintain a clean, neat and safe environment with equipment in working order in accordance with the Federal, State and local regulations that govern Friendship Haven.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of a resident centered model of service delivery Support the mission, vision and values of Friendship Haven.
Abide by Friendship Haven Standards of Personal Performance and Code of Ethics.
Ability to work effectively with co-workers in a team environment.
Proficiency in writing and communicating with other team members.
Accountability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and public relations. Ability to be tactful in resolving customer service concerns and situations.
Ability to be flexible with scheduling and assignments.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Level of education to communicate effectively.
Valid Driver’s License with Chauffeurs.
Working in aging related environments experience preferred, but not required.
CPR Certification or the ability to become certified.
