We are looking for the ideal RN or LPN that can assist in the rehabilitation process and related non-professional services as necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of our residents in accordance with the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The ideal candidate will plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate rehabilitation services. They will perform administrative requirements and assist with survey preparedness; ensure correct billing, proper MDS coding and conduct competency training with our staff. Must possess a current nursing license in the state of Illinois
Must have the initiative to carry out assigned tasks without constant supervision
