Duties:
- Provide an exceptional dining experience while interacting with our residents and staff
- Responsible for supervising the flow of service in the dining room
- Assist with the training and mentoring of dining staff
- Receive feedback to help improve service related issues
- Help with the organization with setting up and tearing down events
- Work to maintain a neat and orderly dining room and work area
Requirements:
- Previous dining experience
- 1 year of previous supervisor experience (preferred)
- Must be 18 yrs of age or older
- Hours vary, must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
