Job Duties

Responsible for daily food production and preparation,

Including estimating food consumption, supporting recipe development, and enforcing

Production recipes. Cooks’ meals according to menu and oversees

Food preparation to maintain consistent quality. Works with standardized

Recipes and menus, focusing on sustainability and environmental protection

1. Prepares all soups, stocks, and sauces; boils, braises and roasts items as per standardized recipes.

2. Prepares and serves all sautéed, fried, grilled, steamed, and baked items as per standardized recipes.

3. Prepares or directs the preparation of all food served, following standard recipes and special diet orders.

4. Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, so that quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved.
