Our campus has recently expanded due to several new multi-level facilities being built and we are looking to fill the key role of a Resident Care Manager (LPN)
The Resident Care Manager (RCM) is responsible for ensuring that the nursing care provided is in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as Friendsview policies and procedures, to maintain high-quality, person-centered care for residents at all times. This individual performs ongoing assessments and evaluations of residents' clinical and psychosocial needs and coordinates with the interdisciplinary care team to meet those needs. They also delegate nursing tasks per Oregon Administrative Rule when applicable and oversee medication administration and treatments. The RCM meets with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), residents, and families as needed and participates in Quality Assessment and Process Improvement (QAPI).
Qualifications Required:
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in the state of Oregon. Candidates should have 3–5 years of responsible nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, including management or supervisory experience.
Starting Wages: $40.00/hr - $44.00/hr DOE
Standard shift hours: Monday-Friday, may work rotating evenings, weekends and/or holidays as required by position.
