Our campus has recently expanded with the addition of several new multi-level facilities, and we are looking to fill the key role of a Staffing Coordinator for our Health Services department.
This role is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, including employee scheduling, payroll time record auditing, recruitment tracking, new hire orientation, training coordination, and performance appraisal processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Health Services leadership team, Human Resources, and Payroll to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Additionally, this position will maintain electronic records, track staff certifications, oversee scheduling adjustments, and support the onboarding of new employees. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, with a background in office administration, healthcare services, or a related field. Proficiency in scheduling systems, payroll processing, and administrative software is required. Familiarity with 24/7 staffing, compliance requirements, and employee training is a plus.
Starting Wages: $25.75 - $28.37/hr DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pm. Occasional weekends required.
