Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Leader to join our dynamic team in the food industry. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food handling and service, and support the development of staff training programs. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive work environment while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This position reports to the General Management Team of the location consisting of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Requirements for this position:
18 Years or older, open availability including Weekends (Saturday and Sundays) as well as Holiday's as needed/requested. Reliable transportation to and from work. Serv Safe Certification is required for this position. 1 plus years of leadership experience. Able to lift 50lbs or more.
