Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in quick service fast food restaurants or casual dining, with a strong focus on kitchen management and food safety. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our food production meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements: 18 , 2 years of leadership experience, Organizational skills a must, reliable transportation to and from work, open availability including weekends and holidays. Serv Safe Certification is required for this position, knowledge of point-of-sale software's, inventory control, time management required for this position. Cash Handling and Auditing skills required for this position. Customer Service experience required for this position.
This position works directly with the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager of this location.
