- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding automotive services and products.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and organizing stock efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, providing customers with receipts and necessary documentation.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership environment.
- Provide support in retail sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
- Place parts transaction on distribution route and load distribution van.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in inventory control and management processes.
- Sales experience, particularly in retail settings, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
