We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Person to join our team in the automotive parts industry. As a Parts Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while managing various tasks related to inventory control and sales. Your ability to maintain a positive attitude and effective communication will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding automotive services and products.
• Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and organizing stock efficiently.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, providing customers with receipts and necessary documentation.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership environment.
• Provide support in retail sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
• Place parts transaction on distribution route and load distribution van.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in inventory control and management processes.
• Sales experience, particularly in retail settings, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
