Job Overview:
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. You will contribute to upholding our high standards of cleanliness to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing designated areas.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
- Assist in porter duties as needed.
- Support residential painting projects when required.
- Engage in industrial cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Execute custodial responsibilities efficiently.
- Contribute to commercial cleaning activities.
- Operate buffing equipment to maintain floor surfaces.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with porter duties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to engage in residential painting tasks.
- Experience in industrial cleaning is a plus.
- Proficiency in custodial duties.
- Understanding of commercial cleaning procedures.
- Ability to operate buffing equipment efficiently.
