Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will operate an ARKU deburring machine to effectively smooth and finish the edges of stainless-steel components, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and align with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the ARKU deburring machine to remove burrs and sharp edges from stainless steel parts.
- Load and carry parts into the deburring machine for processing.
- Monitor machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain and adjust the deburring machine as necessary for consistent performance.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work closely with team members to ensure production timelines are met.
- Sort parts and place in proper location for easy access and further processing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects as required.
- Comfortable standing and working for extended periods while operating machinery.
- Ability to follow directions and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to cross-train and support other departments as needed.
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently sort, store, and track parts.

- Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation:
- Biweekly pay frequency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
