Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics; Mechanical, or Industrial engineering with more than 2 years work experience or Master’s Degree Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
Parts Inventory Management : Assist with identifying and mitigating inventory risks that would compromise the ability to have the right parts at the right time in inventory.
Equipment Asset Register : Ensure the asset register clearly identifies plant equipment as well as the critical parts are noted in the parts inventory.
Performance Evaluation and Maintenance Scheduling : Plan and create performance evaluation assessments on all existing equipment and ensure coordination is established with maintenance and production for repair & replacement activities to minimize production downtime and that equipment optimization is maintained.
Stakeholder Management : Update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution of duties, involve stakeholders in decision making and build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders
Supplier Management : Build a good relationship with parts suppliers / vendors.
