We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented restaurant manager to oversee the running of our restaurant. The restaurant manager is responsible for running the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, money, ensuring all health and safety standards are being met. Holding staff accountable for their jobs.
To be successful as a restaurant manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. A great restaurant manager ensures that customers are satisfied while managing back-of-house priorities.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire and train staff.
- Work hand in hand with the General Manager.
- Working with guest for special events.
- Keep a record of income, comps and reasons why.
- Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service.
- Open and close the restaurant daily.
- Motivate staff during busy shifts.
- Ensure that staff members are available for shifts.
Restaurant Manager Requirements: 2 years prior management experience in the restaurant industry. Excellent communication skills.
