Description
The Cloud & Identity Security Administrator works with the Director of Information Technology Systems & Support to manage Azure Administration, IAM/Entra Administration (Azure Active Directory), and Cyber Security Administration. The Incumbent will achieve business goals by fostering innovation, helping prioritize IT initiatives, and assisting with evaluating, deploying, and managing current and future IT systems.

ESPRIT DE CORPS
- Automate Azure resource provisioning and management using PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform.
- Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular access reviews, identity lifecycle management, and user provisioning automation
BRING GUSTO
- Optimize Azure cost management by monitoring usage and adjusting resource allocation.
- Configure and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access Policies for identity security.
- Administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to control and audit privileged access.
- Respond to security incidents, investigate alerts, and implement remediation actions.
DELIVER SERVICE
- Deploy, configure, and monitor virtual machines, storage, networking, and other Azure resources.
- Develop and enforce security policies, incident response plans, and best practices across cloud environments.
BE EXPERTS
- Implement and manage Azure security best practices, including NSGs, firewalls, and encryption.
- Implement data retention, backup, and compliance policies within Azure.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Federation solutions for seamless authentication.
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust Security principles across cloud and identity management.
OWN IT
- Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, and performance.
- Manage and secure identities, roles, and access permissions within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Monitor and respond to suspicious identity-based activities using Microsoft Defender for Identity.
- Manage and monitor Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Security Center, and SIEM for threat detection.

- Proactive in finding and remediating issues/vulnerabilities
- Ability to periodically work before or after regular business hours and/or on weekends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment, and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
- Ability to influence behavior while building trust and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrate the ability to execute root cause analysis and assess viable options across all end-to-end processes and their downstream impact
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related experience
- 10 years of industry experience
