FBP is seeking a dynamic and motivational insurance sales leader to join our team. As a sales leader, you will play a crucial role in driving our sale’s team success and achieving our business goals. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating a team of insurance professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sale strategies and tactics to retain clients, drive and enhance revenue growth.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance products and regulations.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members.
- Foster a positive and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in employee health benefit sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of various health benefits insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, finance or related field and an active 215, 218 or 220 Florida insurance license and 10 plus years in the industry.
