The Opportunity
A boutique law firm located in Newark, New Jersey seeks a Bankruptcy Paralegal on a part-time, temporary basis : 20 hours weekly, onsite. The hourly rate is between $25 - $30, plus benefits.
Primary Duties :
The Bankruptcy Paralegal will assist with the preparation of bankruptcy petitions, draft legal correspondence and pro forma motions. Additional duties include the following :
- Prepare, file, and serve pleadings
- Calendar and track related court and internal deadlines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
