- Support the listing process by accurately entering new property listings into the MLS systems (FlexMLS)
- Collaborate with photographers to obtain high-quality listing photos and enter them into the MLS
- Manage client files and maintain contract key dates while prioritizing tasks per client and sales team members
- Coordinate showings and open houses while ensuring timely follow-ups with clients
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote new and current listings
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide valuable insights to enhance business performance
- Maintain accurate records of market data in Excel and prepare properties for showings
- Support contract management processes using DocuSign/FormSimplicity/appFiles
