Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models.
Specialty-Specific Responsibilities:
- Uses specialized equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Manages Swan-Ganz, arterial, and CVP lines and applies appropriate intervention as needed
- Effectively manages ventilators, troubleshooting issues as they arise
What qualifications you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire, and/or compact state
- Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
