Frisco Dental Implant Center is a patient driven, fun-loving office looking for a motivated Sterilization Tech or RDA to join our ~amazing~ team! We are a practice with a modern design and fresh take on what patients can expect when seeing their dentist. We’d like to find someone who can bring lots of energy and optimism to our practice.

The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make clinical procedures as smooth as possible.
Responsibilities
· Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
· Sterilize instruments according to regulations
· Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort

- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Well-organized and reliable
- Plays well with others in the “sand box”
- Make the doctor more productive and efficient
- Reinforce recommendations for treatment
- Coordinate office recall system
- Monitor the schedule and keep hygiene schedule booked productively
- Expose digital radiographs
- High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
- Position will require proficiency in 3D intraoral scanning, past experience with ITERO scanning is a plus
- Position will require proficiency in coronal polishing
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
Skills
· Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
· Understanding of health & safety regulations

· Excellent communication and people skills
· Multi-task capable with an attention to detail
This is a PART-TIME opportunity (alternating Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30am-4:30pm. Weekends as needed)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 8 per week
