Starting Hourly Pay: $17.20

We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in preparing and maintaining the guest rooms.

This role truly is the “Heart of the House” and provides key services for our guests to truly relax and enjoy their stay.  A great housekeeping team can make a guest stay go from OK to Outstanding!

• Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, report damage, theft and found articles

Teamwork:

• You will work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• You will make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are disinfected, clean and tidy, taking care to remove or replace anything out of order
• You will be available for all other work as required

• Someone with housekeeping experience desirable

• Someone able to work on feet for an extended period
• Someone with the ability to communicate effectively
• Someone with the ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position, and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads and dusters.
• Someone who can lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Practique los estándares de seguridad y sea consciente de los peligros de seguridad (es decir, vidrios rotos, cables eléctricos deshilachados, fugas, cerraduras rotas y personas sospechosas) e informe adecuadamente lo que se encuentre. Respetará la propiedad del hotel y de los huéspedes mediante el uso adecuado de los equipos y las comodidades para los huéspedes. Innovación:  Realizarás trabajos de limpieza profunda y programas de mantenimiento preventivo programados para todas las áreas del hotel que te sean asignadas.  Utilice equipos eléctricos cuando corresponda Observe las precauciones necesarias para proteger la propiedad del hotel y de los huéspedes, informe de daños, robos y artículos encontrados.

Trabajo en equipo: Trabajará en equipo para lograr el objetivo de limpieza del resort/hotel. Realizarás recorridos por los pasillos en cada turno para asegurarte de que las áreas públicas estén desinfectadas, limpias y ordenadas, teniendo cuidado de retirar o reemplazar cualquier cosa que esté fuera de servicio. Estará disponible para todos los demás trabajos según sea necesario.

Alguien con la capacidad de moverse, atravesar, posicionarse para llegar a rincones de pisos y lugares altos;

observar condiciones, detectar olores, posicionar y navegar carros que pesan hasta 100 libras en espacios reducidos;

operar equipos que incluyen botellas rociadoras, aspiradoras, trapeadores, escobas, recogedores, estropajos y plumeros. Alguien que pueda levantar, transportar y posicionar cargas de al menos 25 libras.
