Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs for manual, NC, and CNC machining equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Train machine operators to operate manual, NC/CNC machining equipment to meet close tolerance and finish requirements.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education and/or training are desired.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with manual, NC, and/or CNC machining equipment and operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of machine shop practices and techniques, machine operation, and tooling is required.
- The ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- The selected candidate must be able to lift 40-45 lbs frequently and sit or stand for long periods of time.
