As a FritoLay Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in our success by merchandising our complete line of products, including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos, in stores across the country.

The following are some of the key tasks you will perform:
- Product Retrieval and Merchandising: You will be responsible for retrieving FritoLay products from our distribution centers and merchandising them throughout the store.
- Route Sales Representatives Teamwork: You will work closely with our professional Route Sales Representatives to ensure that our products are consistently displayed and available to customers.
- Flexible Scheduling: You will follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers, with opportunities to attain different work schedules as you gain experience.
- Company-Issued iPhone: You will utilize a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. This job requires physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, so you should expect to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License: You must possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
- Lifting Ability: You must be able to frequently lift 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
