At FritoLay, we rely on skilled merchandisers to showcase our diverse product line, including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos, in stores such as supermarkets and large grocery stores.

The following tasks are key components of this role:
- Field Work: Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to various store locations and retrieve FritoLay products for merchandising purposes.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside professional Route Sales Representatives in a team environment.
- Scheduling: Adhere to a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers, with opportunities to adjust work schedules over time.
- Technology: Utilize a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with colleagues, and log activities.
Please note that our operations run 24/7, which may result in non-traditional working hours. This role demands physical stamina, as you will be required to remain on your feet throughout your shift.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Licensing: Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
- Be capable of frequently lifting 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
