Route Sales Representative

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position that involves delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's entire product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a Frito-Lay truck to various stores, unloading orders and effectively merchandising products.
• Collaborate with store managers to increase sales and maintain accurate records throughout the day.

What You Can Expect:

• Four to six weeks of comprehensive training in driving, selling, and merchandising techniques with our team members.
• To operate different routes, interact with diverse store environments, and engage with new customers.
• To boost sales on the route by building strong relationships, optimizing display arrangements, and achieving national sales initiatives.
• A set schedule allowing for days off and a balance between work and personal life.

Requirements:

• To be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver's license accompanied by proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licenses required by your state.

• To pass a Department of Transportation physical examination and certification process.
