We are seeking a Route Sales Representative to join our team at FritoLay. As a critical component of our success, this role is responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores.
The ideal candidate will drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive training program to learn the basics of the role
- Run routes for team members, gain experience in various stores, and establish relationships with new customers
- Bolster sales on the route by building relationships, executing national initiatives, and promoting displays
- Achieve a stable route with set days off/schedule
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires physical effort
FritoLay operates 24 hours a day, so a typical schedule may not be guaranteed. Team members often work weekends and holidays. This role demands physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other required licensures
- Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
