In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and merchandising our products to local stores, while also building relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to lift 40 pounds frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Unload and merchandise product at local stores, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal display conditions.
- Partner with store managers to increase sales, through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Run routes for team members, experiencing different stores and meeting new customers.
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
