Frito-Lay is seeking inclusive and committed Sanitation Technicians who will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing processing and packaging equipment that produces products consumers know and love.
This role can open doors to career opportunities with our parent company, PepsiCo. As a Sanitation Technician, your job will ensure customers continue to trust us regarding food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning equipment and lines necessary for manufacturing products
- Wiping down metal conveyors and cleaning machines
- Working with strong chemicals, hot water, and cleaning agents
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
- Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
- Willingness to work at heights using ladders or lifts
- Able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
