As a Route Sales Representative, you will deliver, sell, and merchandise Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores. This role involves working independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
You will receive four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role. You will learn how to run routes, work with different stores, and build strong relationships with customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. You must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. and pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification. A valid driver's license with proof of insurance is also required.
