Frito-Lay Order Picker are accountable for several warehouse tasks. You will be fundamental in the production of our renowned snacks, including Classic Lay's, Cheetos, and Doritos, in one of our manufacturing plants. This job opening may present career advancements within our umbrella corporation, PepsiCo.

Work Environment

• The majority of your time in this physically demanding role will be spent upright or moving around on your feet
• A setting marked by grand structures and vast areas inevitably generates a cacophonous environment
• Variances in weather and seasons can have an effect on indoor working environments due to insufficient temperature control
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting pallets and cases to and from trailer storage areas
• Relocate idle pallet planks to a secure storage destination to prevent clutter
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• A forklift operator should know how to safely operate the machinery while also considering other workers' wellbeing in the workplace
• Freight can be loaded onto trailers either by using a cart or by stacking cases onto the floor of the truck trailer
• The obligation involves acquiring and dispensing goods, as well as participating in the weekly stock tally
• Adequate sanitation in the workplace requires a range of tasks, including sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and disposing of waste efficiently
• Be physically fit and able to lift objects weighing between 15 and 50 pounds, either unassisted or with accommodations
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Those who are 18 years or older have a wider range of rights and privileges, including the ability to sign contracts and legally purchase various goods and services
• Balancing one's personal and professional life can be challenging when working on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts, but it's essential to maintain a healthy work-life balance
• The ability to hoist objects weighing 15 to 50 pounds, with or without practical accommodations
• Proficiency to withstand standing and walking for extended periods of time, regardless of practical accommodations
• The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to perform tasks that require physical flexibility, including climbing, reaching, bending, stretching, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods, either with or without reasonable adjustments
• Being physically capable of lifting, carrying, transporting, pushing, pulling, and handling merchandise regularly, with or without suitable modifications, is a significant requirement for this position
• Preparedness to perform duties at raised levels using aerial machinery like lifts and ladders to reach specific areas of the manufacturing site
• Being up for the challenge of working in tough conditions that may entail varying temperatures, humidity, slippery surfaces, and equipment that may pose a hazard
