Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing staff and maintaining high standards of product and service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the work duties of staff during night shifts, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
• Manage dessert preperations and ensuring food quality meets our standards. as well all food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members to maintain a skilled team.
• Maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, while staying within our levels of food and labor costs.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management and customer service
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for customers.
• Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess potential candidates for the team.
• Ability to supervise staff effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
