Fritz Staffing Group is currently hiring for Journeyman Stick Welders that can structure weld! OSHA 10 is required to get on site.
Job Description:
We are currently assisting in helping our customer build a Batch House for a Glass Factory in McGregor, TX. The customer requirements are that the employee is trained in Lock Out Tag Out, Fall Protection, Forklift, and Motorized Platforms (Aerial Lift). If you have them certifications great, if not we will train you before you get on site.
You will be assisting the customer with welding Diamond Plate down for structural, helping set steel when needed, helping perform millwright work with setting any conveyor needed, and you will be welding with 7018 Rod. Please have knowledge of Welding, Rigging, and Ironwork before applying. If you do not have the experience expected when you arrive on site, they will tell you to leave.
Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or 30
- LOTO, Fall Protection, Motorized Platform (Aerial Lift), and Forklift certifications.
- Knowledge of Iron Work, Millwright, Rigging.
- No fear of heights
- Hand tools to perform Welding, Iron Work, and Millwright duties.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete the job given in a timely manner.
Salary : $27 - $35
