Job Description: We are seeking an experienced cardiac sonographer senior to join our team at Froedtert Health. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms, set up and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms, and under the direction of a trained echocardiographer, set up and perform exercise and dobutamine stress echocardiograms.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and test results.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and promote a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a cardiac sonographer is required.
- RDCS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International or completion of RDCS/RCS requirements within 12 months of employment is required.
