Job Details
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
Demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
Actively participates in quality improvement processes through proactive team interactions and problem solving.
Maintains department specific and organization wide competence through attendance at mandatory and other job-related educational opportunities.
Performs assigned job functions in a fiscally responsible manner and in accordance with organization and department policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.
Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.
