Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty : Surgical Nursing

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 1st shift, 12 or 10-hour shifts ending at 19 : 30

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing

License :

  • Current State Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

Certifications :

  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent

    • Must-Have :

  • Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice
  • Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or nursing diploma

    • Job Description :

  • The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a designated group of patients.
  • Demonstrates competence in providing care to all patient populations.
  • Manages both the unique and predictable needs of patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures.
  • Works in the Operating Room and / or GI / Bronch lab settings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Please note that proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
