Job Summary :
Providing leadership and operational oversight of the behavioral services within CP ambulatory clinics. Leads operations within Community Physicians to ensure that behavioral health services and programs are represented and meet all internal and external regulatory and quality requirements. This role will work collaboratively with all areas of behavioral health leadership with accountability for overseeing daily operations, management of performance metrics and financial guidelines within designated areas of service.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION :
A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a clinical setting where leadership, competence and expertise in ambulatory care has been demonstrated, OR 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION :
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, or related field is required; in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 7 years of Healthcare Administration experience is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, team building and decision making capabilities to ensure effective and efficient operation of the clinic. Works effectively with leadership, physicians and staff within a complex medical center. Positive role model. Has the ability to set priorities, identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
