Some occasional night or weekend work. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION : A minimum of 1 year of experience working with diverse communities coordinating and facilitating service delivery. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION : High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.TRAINING DESCRIPTION : Completion of Community Health Worker Program through accredited organization (Sponsored by Froedtert Health if no prior training upon hire.
