Job Summary:
Under general supervision coordinates operations of the PASR team in a manner that facilitates efficient and patient focused scheduling of services. Coordinates education, workflow enhancement to ensure organizational objectives. Requires a focus on customer service during all patient and staff interactions.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a receptionist/assistant or customer service field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior informal or formal leadership experience is preferred. Experience in a medical/healthcare setting is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio is preferred.
