Consistently performs initial patient evaluations, including administering appropriate tests / measures, identifying impairments and functional limitations, and establishing initial plan of treatment in conjunction with patient / caregiver.
Evaluates and treats all referred speech / language pathology patients according to physician's orders.
Master’s degree in Communication Disorders required. Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech / Language Hearing Association or adequate course work and experience to qualify for Clinical Fellowship Year required. Wisconsin licensure or eligible. If eligible, must receive license within six months of hire required. None, but two years of clinical experience in adults, pediatrics, or developmentally disabled preferred. CPR certification and valid WI driver license required.
