The Emergency Department manager directs the nursing and patient care activities as well as the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department. This role oversees the nursing and patient care staff, ensures adequate supplies are available, addresses physician concerns within the department, ensures educational classes are offered according to department needs, participates in accreditation surveys, completes staff evaluations, and signs off on timecards, and handles patient complaints specific to the department.
Current WI RN license required.
