Position Overview:
As a Fire Sprinkler Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in both commercial and residential settings. You will work closely with our team to ensure all systems meet regulatory requirements, create digital inspection reports, and provide the highest level of protection to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with sprinkler systems, including leaks, pressure loss, and system malfunctions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics for fire sprinkler systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including NFPA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records utilizing company software of inspections, repairs, and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system status, maintenance requirements, and recommendations.
- Provide on-call emergency services when needed.
- Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Fire sprinkler apprentice completion certification (preferred, but not required).
- 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, maintenance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, fire sprinkler codes, and local regulations.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including confined spaces.
- Must be 24 years of age for insurance purposes.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
