This store position works full-time from Thursday to Monday, including mandatory weekends May - September .We pay our Retail Associates a competitive wage of $12/hour, plus commission for a total earning potential of $17.58 per hr (tips are higher in the summer). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are a vital part of our retail operations. We have a wide set of products ranging from our own coffee blends and liquors to jams and other regular merchandise. With your sales skills, you approach customers, warmly greet them, and continue to interact with them as you sell or suggest our house-made products. Using your customer service skills, you handle any questions or concerns that arise and assist as needed. You have an excellent attitude that allows you to effectively help others and communicate genuinely! You feel good about keeping our business profitable and thriving!
