Would you like to work with infants and help them grow? We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Caregiver to join our team!
Position Overview:
As a Nursery Caregiver, you will provide a safe, loving, and nurturing room for infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
This is a very busy room, as babies are just beginning to learn skills such as rolling over, sitting up, crawling, and babbling.
You will be responsible for feeding, diapering, soothing, and helping them feel secure and comforted throughout the day.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour (approximately $31,200 annually)
With CDA Certification: $16.00 per hour (approximately $33,280 annually)
Earn up to 14 days off, and paid, annually
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and TB test
Must be reliable
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
Must be quick on your feet and on your feet for long periods
No degree required, we provide training!
Must be patient and adaptable
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:15 AM - 3:30 PM

What You’ll Be Responsible for in a Nursery room:
Feeding infants bottles and introducing baby food as they grow
Diapering and maintaining proper hygiene
Soothing and comforting babies through rocking, singing, and cuddling
Encouraging tummy time, rolling over, sitting up, and crawling
Reading books, singing songs, and playing
Maintaining a routine for naps, diaper changing, and feedings
Communicating with parents about their babys daily activities
Ensuring a clean and safe room
