Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This role requires a passion for retail and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all customers. This will be an outdoor position. The pay will be $12 per hour plus a commission on sales. 20-30 hours per week, shifts will be during the day on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the kiosk and upsell memberships.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Interact with customer in the vacuum area to get feedback on their wash experience
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a positive manner
- Basic math skills

Pay: $12.00 per hour
