We are currently seeking a local, friendly, and handy individual to assist with property management tasks on a casual basis. This position is ideally suited for someone is looking to stay active and engaged in a flexible and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshoot minor technology issues within the properties.
- Regularly check on the properties to ensure they are in top condition.
- Pick up and deliver supplies as needed.
- Manage waste disposal tasks, including bringing garbage bins to the curb and back.
- Remain flexible to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
Requirements:
- Residency in or near Pompano Beach, FL.
- Friendly and effective communicator.
- Handyman skills for basic maintenance tasks.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and respond promptly to requests.
- Flexibility to be on-call during after-hours emergencies, though this is rare.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
