What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator/PMO Administrator position at FROM, The Digital Transformation Agency?
The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator / PMO Administrator include but are not limited to, supporting the PMO Department in the planning, execution, and completion of projects to meet established deadlines. As well as, serve as a Point of Contact (POC) for the PMO Department project management processes, procedures, and documentation for one of the Largest Sports Organizations in the World.
- Manage and control documents, such as form templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans, and schedules.
- Assist in the coordination of team training programs and the preparation of course materials.
- Coordinate and schedule team trainings.
- Attend various department meetings, take and transcribe minutes, as needed.
- Provide and assist Project Managers with the management of risk, action item, and issue logs.
- Monitoring shared email inboxes and taking necessary response actions.
- Help prepare for and follow up on critical meetings (e.g. PM meetings, Project/Portfolio meetings, etc.)
- Prepare reports and analyze data key project and program activities.
- Completes designated tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist system administrators with daily tasks ranging from setting up new accounts, changing permissions and troubleshooting basic PM issues.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 4 years of job experience in coordination, communications, and tracking
- Proficient in Office 365/Excel/PowerPoint (a must)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Well-versed in project management processes and programs
- Experience in ServiceNow PPM (a plus)
- Canva experience (a plus)
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
Self-directed and strong ability to prioritize effectively, able to create, manage, and meet deadlines

Self-starter who can build and foster collaborative relationships.
Ability to learn, understand, and apply new processes/technologies easily.
