Job Summary: The Inventory Specialist/Fulfillment Specialist will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with cannabis industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  • Track and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team to replenish inventory as needed.

  • Assist with weekly inventory audits.

• Order Fulfillment:

  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

  • Pick orders, generate customer emails, update menu/pars reports, and assist in managing LeafLink inventory.

  • Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure proper packaging and timely delivery.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.

• Compliance:

  • Ensure all inventory and fulfillment processes comply with state cannabis regulations.

  • Handle MIP (Marijuana Infused Products) testing and maintain detailed records for compliance reporting and audits.

• Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform vault transfers as required.

  • Assist with production verification, including counting products and logging data.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production, sales, and shipping teams to optimize inventory and fulfillment operations.

  • Provide support during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory management or order fulfillment, preferably in the cannabis industry.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Knowledge of state cannabis regulations is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move inventory items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.
