Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring the highest quality of service, and driving revenue growth through excellent communication and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance services.
  • Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, crews, and operations) to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address client concerns.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and account status using Aspire.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (preferably in landscaping, lawn care, or a related industry).
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and maintenance practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Aspire, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Degree or certification in landscaping, horticulture, project management or a related field is a plus.
