About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Spray Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to lawns, trees, shrubs, and other landscape areas. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of chemical applications, and a commitment to maintaining healthy landscapes. An Applicators license is required.
Responsibilities:
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers following industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Identify and diagnose pests, weeds, and diseases affecting landscapes.
- Operate and maintain spray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and function.
- Follow state and federal regulations regarding chemical applications.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and applications.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding landscape health and maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or pest control preferred.
- Knowledge of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, including proper application techniques.
- Ability to obtain or possess a valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator’s License.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
